Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for participation in online webinars, trainings, workshops, lectures or other events (in person/virtual) concluded between Allucanlearn (a brand of niicee solutions), represented by NIICEE DIGITAL TRAININGS & SOLUTIONS – FZCO, based in Dubai Digital Park, Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE (hereinafter referred to as “provider”) and entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (hereinafter referred to as “participant”).
2. Contract partner and conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded between the participant and the provider. The booking of an offer takes place via the booking platform cal.com & Stripe. By sending the booking, the participant submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded with the booking confirmation by the provider.
3. Services
The provider offers digital online webinars as well as face-to-face or virtual training, workshops and lectures. Content, duration and course of the events result from the respective offer description.
4. Prices and terms of payment
All prices are in US dollars and are net. Sales tax is not levied due to the company’s headquarters outside the EU. Payment is made through the payment service provider Stripe in accordance with its payment terms.
5. Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation periods apply:
- Up to 4 weeks before the start of the event: 100% of the implementation costs can be cancelled free of charge.
- Preliminary services, e.g. B. conception activities or travel expenses already incurred, are to be paid in full regardless of the cancellation.
- Up to 8 days before the start of the event: 50% of the implementation costs can be canceled.
- Up to 7 days before the start of the event: 10% of the implementation costs can be cancelled.
- From 1 day before the start of the event, a cancellation is no longer possible; the implementation costs are due in full.
- The provider reserves the right to cancel events for good cause (e.g. Illness of the lecturer, technical problems). Fees already paid will be reimbursed in full in this case. There are no further claims.
7. Technical requirements
To participate in virtual events, the participant needs his own technical equipment (e.g. Computer, Internet connection). The provider is not liable for technical problems on the part of the participant.
8. Liability
The provider is liable for intent and gross negligence. In the case of simple negligence, the liability is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. Further liability is excluded.
9. Data protection
The provider’s privacy policy applies. Personal data will only be processed within the framework of the statutory provisions.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The law of the United Arab Emirates applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For all disputes, Dubai is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
