1 Introduction
This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how allucanlearn.com (hereinafter: "the website", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data, and how we use cookies and related technologies. It applies to all visitors and customers of https://allucanlearn.com.
The website is operated by niicee Digital Trainings & Solutions – FZCO, trading as Allucanlearn, with registered offices at Dubai Digital Park, Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, this policy has been drafted to meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where applicable, your rights under GDPR are described in Section 9.
2 Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data in the following circumstances:
2.1 At checkout (purchase)
When you purchase a webinar or training session, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your name and email address as part of the checkout process. We receive this data from Stripe after a successful payment and store it in our systems for order fulfilment purposes.
- Full name
- Email address
- Purchase details (product, date, Stripe session reference)
We do not store your card number, CVV, or any other payment credentials. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
2.2 Newsletter sign-up
If you subscribe to our newsletter or updates, we store your email address for the purpose of sending you relevant communications. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
- Email address
- Date of sign-up
2.3 Session booking
After purchase, you receive a personal booking link for your session via Cal.com, our scheduling platform. Any data you provide when booking (e.g. name, time zone) is processed by Cal.com under their own privacy policy (cal.com/privacy). We receive a booking confirmation and store the session date/time against your purchase record.
2.4 Automatic data
Our web server logs basic technical information for security and reliability purposes, including IP addresses and browser type. These logs are not used for marketing and are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
3 How We Use Your Data
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
- Order fulfilment — sending your booking link and any session-related communications
- Customer support — responding to questions or issues related to your purchase
- Service improvement — understanding how our services are used so we can improve them
- Legal compliance — meeting our obligations under applicable law and resolving disputes
- Newsletter — sending updates, where you have given explicit consent
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The legal basis for processing your data is:
- Contract performance — processing is necessary to fulfil your purchase (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
- Consent — for newsletter communications (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))
- Legitimate interests — server security logging (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f))
4 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. — a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you proceed to checkout, you are directed to Stripe's hosted checkout environment. We never see or store your full card details.
Stripe may place functional cookies in your browser as part of the payment process (e.g. fraud prevention, session continuity). These are strictly necessary for the transaction to complete. For more information, see stripe.com/privacy.
We will never ask for your card number, CVV, or banking credentials by email or on any page other than the Stripe checkout. If you receive such a request, do not respond and contact us immediately.
6 Cookies on This Site
allucanlearn.com is built as a lean, privacy-first website. We do not run analytics, advertising networks, social media trackers, or chat widgets. The only cookies placed on your device are those strictly necessary to provide the service:
Stripe — Functional
When you visit the checkout page, Stripe loads its payment scripts and may set functional cookies used for fraud detection, payment session continuity, and security. These are placed only during the checkout flow and are strictly necessary for the transaction.
Session cookie (admin only) — Functional
A secure, server-side session cookie is used to authenticate the site administrator. This cookie is never placed on a regular visitor's device — it is only set after a successful admin login.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Intercom, Matomo, or any other tracking or marketing technology on the public-facing website. Google Fonts are not loaded on public pages — fonts are served locally.
When you click a booking link and visit Cal.com, you leave our website and Cal.com's own cookie and privacy policy applies.
7 Managing Cookies
Because this website only places functional cookies strictly necessary for the service (Stripe checkout), and does not use statistics or marketing cookies, a cookie consent banner is not currently required. Functional cookies cannot be disabled without preventing the checkout from working.
You can use your browser settings to view, disable, or delete cookies at any time. Please note that disabling all cookies may prevent the checkout from completing. For instructions, refer to your browser's Help section:
8 Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Purchase & customer records — retained for 7 years to meet commercial and tax record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
- Booking data — retained for 12 months after the session date, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes your email from our mailing list immediately.
- Server logs — retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
You may request early deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 9), subject to our legal retention obligations.
9 Your Rights
If you are a resident of the EEA or Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to be informed — you have the right to know why your data is collected, how it is used, and how long it is retained.
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (e.g. newsletter), you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right to data portability — you may request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another controller.
- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will comply unless we have compelling legitimate grounds.
- Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the EU, you can find your authority at edpb.europa.eu.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 10. We will respond within 30 days.
